In addition to the farmhouse property — which offers heated and air-conditioned space for up to 225 guests all year round — there’s also 10 acres of forest and an additional 20 acres of cleared land. There’s also a covered patio space as well as a fully-enclosed forest retreat for those who are dreaming of an outdoor reception! Bonus: it’s only a seven-minute drive from Ephraim Shores!
Peach Barn Farmhouse & Brewery, Sister Bay
Just up the hill from downtown Sister Bay sits Peach Barn Farmhouse & Brewery. Peach Barn’s specialty might be brewing delicious local beer and hard seltzers, but they also offer one of the most intimate and relaxing Door County wedding venues with a natural, no-fuss vibe. The brewery sits on 1.5 landscaped acres and offers a variety of rental options — you can rent the entire property, just the taproom, or just the outdoor space.
Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek
If being surrounded by natural beauty is your thing, consider an outdoor wedding or reception at Door County’s most-visited state park: Peninsula State Park. If you’re planning a simple event for a small group, you can usually conduct the wedding in just about any public place within the park. Larger weddings — or those requiring special equipment or a shelter — are considered to be special events and may require a special event permit. Woodwalk Gallery, Egg Harbor
Set on a scenic 10 acres of gardens and wildflower-drenched fields, this redesigned barn turned art gallery is one of the most unique Door County wedding venues for couples and their guests. Woodwalk Gallery can accommodate up to 180 guests, with dining taking place outdoors under a tent or inside the gallery if under 90 people. The outdoor ceremony location features a flower-covered pergola and custom pine benches that look out onto an expansive landscape of trees and fields.
Kress Pavillion, Egg Harbor
Built in 2018, the Kress Pavilion offers two floors for wedding festivities. The second floor of the building features the Great Hall, a modern space with floor to ceiling windows, wood floors, and exposed beam — perfect for harnessing Door County’s natural light no matter the season. Surrounding the Great Hall is a wraparound outdoor porch, complete with sunset views over the bay and surrounding orchards.
