Minimum Stays & Deposits

There’s a three-night minimum stay for in-season weekends, holidays, and festival weekends (Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival), and a two-night minimum stay for the Fyr Bal festival weekend. A two-night minimum stay is required for midweek stays. One night reservations are available a week or less in advance.

We require the following deposits for stays:

  • One night’s rate for up to four nights

  • $250 for five nights to one week

  • $300 for longer than a week

For two-bedroom suites, we require the following deposits for stays:

  • One night’s rate for up to four nights

  • $400 for five nights or longer

Check In Information

Our check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:30 am. Daily maid service will be optional, please let the front desk know your preference at check in.

Our resort office is open from 8 am to 10 pm. If you arrive after 10 pm, special arrangements will need to be made. Please be sure to let us know if you’ll be arriving after 10 pm.

Extra Fees

All rates are based on double occupancy except where noted. When necessary, we will need to charge extra fees for the following:

  • Extra person: $10.00/night

  • Children ages 5-11 (in season): $5.00/night

  • Children under 12 (off-season or early/late season): Free

  • Cribs or cots: $5.00

In addition, all rooms are subject to a 5.5% sales tax and an additional 5.5% room tax.

Early Departures

Be sure to only reserve as much time as you actually want to stay. You will be charged for the full number of nights you have reserved, even if you decide to leave early.

If you want some flexibility, we’d suggest waiting to see what is available at the time rather than reserving your room in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot base reservations on weather conditions.

Cancellations

A full refund of your deposit will be made if we are notified at least 14 days before your reservation arrival date. If you cancel within the 14-day period, all but $25.00 will be refunded — provided we are able to re-rent the room.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit. There is no refund on one-night stays.

Confirming Your Stay

The first date of your stay is your arrival, and the second date is your departure. Please check the dates on your confirmation when you receive it, as you are not booked to stay the evening of your departure.

Additional Resort Policies:

  • This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds.

  • Pets are not allowed at Ephraim Shores Resort.

  • No bikes are allowed in the building — that means the rooms as well as the lobby area.
