All rates are based on double occupancy except where noted. All rooms are subject to a 5.5% sales tax, 8% room tax, and .5% local resort tax.

Reservation Policy

Check-In: 3:00 p.m.

Check-Out: 10:30 a.m.

The front office is open 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Late arrivals: Please call the front desk to make arrangements if you are arriving after 10 p.m.

Minimum Reservations:

July and August weekends and all holidays require a minimum three-night stay for advanced reservations. Weekday stays can be reserved in advance with a two-night minimum.

One-night reservations are only accepted within a week of the arrival date. One-night stays must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

All but $50 of your deposit will be refunded if we are notified at least 14 days before your arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable if your cancellation is made within the 14 days prior to your arrival date even if your plans change or unforseen circumstances occur.

Early Departures:

Please note that early departures will still be charged for the full reservation. We recommend booking only the number of nights you’re certain you will need. Unfortunately we cannot change reservations based on weather conditions such as sun or rain.

Deposits:

One night rate (up to 3 nights), $350 (4+ nights)

Two-bedroom suites: One night rate (up to 3 nights),

$450 (4+ nights)

Extra Persons:

Ages 12 and up $10 Children (ages 5-11) $5
