Be sure you reserve only as much time as you actually want to stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL NUMBER OF NIGHTS YOU HAVE RESERVED even if you decide to leave early. If you prefer the flexibility of last minute planning, please wait to see what is available at the time rather than reserving. Unfortunately, we cannot base reservation on weather conditions – sun or rain.
Full refund of you deposit will be made if we are notified at least 14 days before your reservation arrival date. Within the 14 day period all but $25.00 will be refunded provided we are able to re-rent the space. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
